I have been a patient of OCLI for several years. Yesterday I had a procedure performed by Dr Oats and as usual, everything was beyond excellent. Dr. Oats and his staff were the yardstick that other ophthalmologist offices strive to achieve. I had also been treated by Dr. Wittpenn in this office and he also is an amazing physician.
