Our office is located in what is called the Cloverleaf Building at the corner of East Main Street and Bee Street. Traveling northbound on I-91 or the Merritt Parkway get off at Exit 67 from the parkway or Exit 16 from I-91 and our building is directly in front of you at the end of the ramp. Traveling southbound it is also Exit 67 on the Parkway or Exit 17 if you are on I-91.

The Meriden office is on the 3rd floor of the building.
I am a new patient. How early should I arrive for my appointment?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to finish the registration process.
Do I need to bring anything to my appointment?
Yes, it is helpful if you bring a list of all your current medications, as well as your insurance cards and payment for any copay amounts.
Where do I park when I arrive?
Our Meriden office has a large parking lot. Parking isn’t an issue.
