    Yes, it is helpful if you bring a list of all your current medications, as well as your insurance cards and payment for any copay amounts.

  • Where do I park when I arrive?

    Our Fairfield office has a parking lot attached to the building but construction is ongoing so if you have trouble parking you can park next door at the lot at 777 Commerce Drive. We will soon have a parking garage.
