Clear Vision Following LASIK

JR is a 36 year old who underwent LASIK on 8/15/2008. Pre op vision was 20/400 in each eye with a Rx of -4.25 right eye, -2.00 left eye. Vision was 20/25 uncorrected at the 1 week visit.
