Dr. Marnie O’Brien, certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology, received her medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She went on to completed her residency training in ophthalmology at P.C.O.M., as chief resident in her last year, and is a fellow in the American Osteopathic College of Ophthalmology.
Dr. O’Brien is a highly skilled cataract surgeon, utilizing state of the art multifocal lenses for cataract patients seeking the youthful ability to see near and far without glasses. She was the first surgeon in the Lehigh Valley to become trained in and perform bladeless laser-assisted cataract surgery for the correction of astigmatism. As well as the first in the L.V. to implant the newest multifocal intraocular lens. Dr. O’Brien is dedicated to optimizing her patients’ visual system to allow them to see the world clearly.
