No More Bifocals: “Nothing Short of a Miracle”

Jonathan Gold is 51 years old. He has been wearing glasses since he is 3 years old. He was tired of his bifocals and bifocal contact lenses. Several months age he came in for a LASIK evaluation. I told him LASIk was not the answer. It would not be a permenant correction for his farsightedness, and he would still need reading glasses. I than told him about a much better option, Refractive Lend Exchange (RLE.) RLE replaces the eye’s natural, aging lens with an artificial multifocal lens. It is a permanent correction for both distance and near vision.
