Licensed Optometrist providing full-scope optometry services, including the treatment and management of ocular disease, pre- and post-operative care for cataract extractions, LASIK, PRK, corneal transplants, and SLTs. Dr. Pagano graduated summa cum laude from CUNY Queens College and received his doctorate from SUNY College of Optometry.
